CA, CFE is the co-founder and president of this group. David Fluss,
CA, CMC, CFP, CPA (Illinois), CFE is Vice President and co-founder.
A
major portion of the practice has been devoted to the detection of
fraud and other improprieties. The focus in this area has been to
provide litigation support to the legal community, due diligence work,
as well as special investigations for various companies /
organizations. We are instrumental in dealing with shareholder,
partner and marital disputes.
The practice has also
been active in dealing with the investigation of insurance claims in
the Life and Disability sector. Over the past few years, the practice
has expanded the practice to include work in other areas in the
insurance industry including work in the Property/ Casualty sector
(accident benefits/business interruption claims).
